Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during our business relationship.

Warranties and Disclaimers #

We warrant that services will be performed professionally and won’t knowingly infringe third-party rights.

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability #

KMENG TECH IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

Termination #

Either party may terminate according to the project agreement terms. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. Payment obligations for services rendered survive termination.

Changes to Terms #

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law #
